CFIT is led by Catherine McLaughlin — a personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 13 years’ experience helping people build strength, lose fat and develop healthier relationships with training and food.
Specialising in strength training, female health and sustainable nutrition, CFIT focuses on long-term results — not extremes or quick fixes.
