THE CLASS CATEGORIES

Dumbbell Sessions

Choose from a 20 minute or 30 minute session and get stronger every time. These dumbbell sessions focus on lower and upper strength, with core mixed in every time. Feel empowered to tackle whatever life throws your way with these sessions.

Kettlebell Sessions

If you know me, you know I am kettlebell obsessed. This is where my love for fitness came from so you best believe the kettlebell sessions are full of passion, intensity, correct movement patterns and of course, a good laugh.

Bodyweight Sessions

Ah, the humble, unassuming bodyweight workout. These surprise us all, no matter how long the session is.Whether it's a 20 minute EMOM style or 30 minute intensity session, you'll walk away on a high.

Pilates Sessions

Pilates is a non - negotiable in my eyes. It is the underlying building block of everything we do here at CFIT. Want to be stronger for life? Do Pilates. Want to be a good runner? Pilates will be your friend.

Mobility Sessions

Mobility has to be considered when you are becoming your stronger self. Within the app, you can avail of 5 and 10 minute mobility sessions, along with pre and post run classes to keep you injury free

5 Minute Sessions

Lacking the motivation or time? These sessions will do the trick every single time. From full body to spicy arm finishers, you'll walk away wanting more.
