The CFIT Strength Programme For Runners has been designed to enhance every runners performance. Whether you run a 5K for fun, or have a marathon in your sights, this programme will help you become stronger for life & ensure you are at the top of your game for your running goals. The strength program for runners is designed to help participants improve their running performance, reduce the risk of injuries, increase output, and enhance sprinting abilities over a 6-week period.
You must have access to a home gym or gym membership to complete the sessions. You will be given access to the CFIT app which will allow you to have the workouts on-demand and in your pocket. The sessions are broken out into lower & upper body sessions, with core & conditioning included. The workouts have been designed to focus on your overall strength, mobility, stability & endurance. Your weekly outlook should include your two strength sessions plus two or three runs, depending on your goals.
You will also have the option to avail of the weekly check-in service, allowing you to upload weekly progress photos and measurements.

Once the plan is purchased, you will be emailed a link to set up your profile on the CFIT Fitness App. From here, you will gain access to your 6 week programme.
