*NEW* Kettlebell Swing EMOM

This really gets the heart pumping. 5 minutes is all you need. Hit go and il see you on the other side. You need one kettlebell to complete this challenge.

Kettlebell Finisher

This quick and effective workout is perfect for all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete. Using just a kettlebell, this workout is designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and get a full-body burn in just 5 minutes.

5 Minute Kettlebell Workout

This 5 minute mini workout challenge consists of kettlebell squats and swings. The aim of the game is to go every time the clock strikes 12, or, every minute on the minute. The workout requires you to start with: 10 swings + 5 squats.

Every minute, I want you to add 1 swing and 1 squat to each round. Follow along with the video to ensure it all makes sense.  

Equipment required: 1 kettlebell (I used a 16kg Kettlebell from BLK BOX

Plank Party

This 5 minute mini workout challenge consists of planks, planks and more planks. It's tough, i'll not lie. But you are tougher so, let's hit play. You are going to start in a front plank, and rotate through to side plank in 30 seconds, then back to front.. and it'll burn. 

All you'll need is a mat. There is a running theme here, but, I got my mat from BLK BOX..Good luck with this one and be sure to keep it handy for the end of every workout. You'll want to repeat this one time and time again. 

Upper Body Burn

This 5 minute mini workout challenge consists of lateral raises. That's it. And boy, does it burn. It is designed in a Tabata style, which means you work for 20 seconds, then rest 10 for and repeat... until I call time! 

You'll need a set of dumbbells that you can hold onto for 5 minutes. I used 5kgs dumbbells from BLK BOX, but feel free to use lighter if you wish. Good luck! 

Can't Resist It

This one will give you a giggle if anything else. Grab a resistance band and let's feel the burn, on both your upper and lower body. Try not to laugh when my band snaps.

Core On Fire

You'll LOVE this challenge. It burns deep into those core muscles and you'll want to do this time and time again. Grab your mat & let's get to it. All you'll need is a mat and a smile.

Upper Body Blast

Wow, where do I ever start... Grab those dumbbells and join me on the mat for the quickest 5 minute ever. Brace yourself for a shoulder burn. Don't forget to focus on that technique.

Legs For Days

This 5 minute workout challenge will have your legs on fire. A 5 minute Tabata style workout will have you sweating with the Bulgarian split squat. This movement is a variation of a regular split squat with the back leg elevated. It could also be considered a variation of a single leg squat.

Weighted Core

This 5 minute mini challenge will really test your core strength. From weighted sit ups and plank pull throughts, your transversus abdominis is going to thank you. All you'll need is a dumbbell and a mat. Enjoy! 

  

Goodness Me Glutes

I absolutely loved this challenge and I hope you do too. From double leg glute bridges, to singles, you'll be glad when I finally call time. Feel free to add a weight, however, I completed it bodyweight so either works. Enjoy!
