IN-PERSON PILATES (7.30PM CLASS)

Mat Pilates has made a return to IN-PERSON.

We will embark on a 6 week block on mat Pilates in The Old School House: Cushendall Development Group. Spaces are extremely limited so payment upfront is required. The classes will be 30 minutes long focusing on your mobility, stability, balance & full body strength. 

Date: 6th March - 10th April 
Time: 7.30pm - 8.00pm
Venue: The Old School House, Cushendall Development Group

What you'll need: 
- Your own mat
- Your own Pilates Ball and Resistance Band
- To arrive on time

The classes will roll into each other so the turnover time has to be as quick as possible!
