The CFIT Nutrition Plan is like no-other. There's no PDF handout. There's no extreme approach. There's no bullshit either.
I pull it back to basics and remind you how to eat like an adult.

It's simple, but without accountability, it's easy to fall into your old ways. You've tried low calories, low fat, high fat, low carb... I guarentee you could write the book. But yet, you find yourself here... I promise to help you ditch the diet for good and remind you that nutrition can (and should be) easy.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Let's chatAfter your enquiry, I will ask you to have a face to face call with me. Why? It helps me understand if you are serious about making the change and if you are fully committee. This isn't a quick fix. But il make sure it sticks.

GETTING STARTED
If we establish that we are the right fit for one another, it's go time. You will get access to the CFIT Nutrition App and from there, I walk you through everything.

12 WEEK PLAN
Yes this is a 12 week course, but my no means do you go back to your old ways on week 13. This is about your habits. I work with you on a 1-1 basis every day for 12 weeks to ensure this is the last 'diet' you'll ever go on.

Do you offer food plans?
The simple answer? No. I don't. The reason being, I want you to learn how to eat the things you like, not what someone is telling you to eat. Don't worry though, I will hold your hand as we work through it together, to give you the confidence that you need.
How much is the plan?
You won’t find the price of this plan online—not because it’s overly expensive, but because it’s important to understand the value behind it before making comparisons. Yes, you might find a plan for £60 elsewhere, but my approach is unique, tailored, and designed to deliver lasting results.
Your health is an investment, and I believe this plan is fairly priced for the quality and support you’ll receive. We’ll discuss the price during our call, and if you’re ready to take the next step, flexible payment plans are available to make it accessible for everyone.
How does the plan work?
We start with a consultation to ensure this is the right fit for you. If it feels like the right step, we’ll get you signed up. Intakes open every 3 months, but don’t hesitate to reach out when you’re ready to get started. Once you’re onboard, I’ll set up your profile on my app, where the journey gets personal. You’ll have weekly check-ins with me and track your food daily (the night before) to stay on top of your progress.
Why should I do your plan?
I don't do fads. I don't allow low calories or silly habits to take place. You need a 'diet' that fits your lifestyle. Not a lifestyle that fits into a restrictive diet. I will teach you how to eat properly, fuelling yourself for whatever life throws your way whilst learning how to dial in fat loss or maintenance. Whatever your goal is, I will help you.
