CFIT RUN CLUB MEMBERSHIP (2025)

OVERVIEW 

The CFIT Run Club's main run is on a Tuesday night at 6.30pm, leaving from Cushendall Boat Club. If you wish to be added into the group, please contact me via social media or website to get access to the group. 

After two amazing years of running together, I’ve decided to make a small change to ensure I can continue to provide the best experience for our group. Starting in January, the club will have a membership fee of £30 for the year. 

This small fee will help me continue to invest my time and energy into growing our amazing community while covering costs like insurance and free CFIT t-shirts for all members. Most importantly, I’ll guarantee your running will improve through consistent, structured sessions tailored to help you achieve your goals. You will also get first refusal at any CFIT Run Club event. 

I truly believe this is an investment in YOU and our community. Together, we’ll make 2025 our strongest running year yet!

I promise to provide training & routes for everyone's own specific goals of 5km, 10km and 21km. Although I can't run with every group as there's only 1 of me, I will ensure you all have plans to follow that will get you closer to your goal.
