HOW TO JOIN

To join the '21 Days of Sweat' Christmas challenge, sign up via the CFIT app. For £35 you will get full access to the CFIT app, and access to the challenge. And if you want you can cancel your membership once the challenge is over.

The 21-minute workout is short enough that it doesn’t feel like a massive commitment, but it’s long enough to build strength, improve endurance, and critically reinforce consistency.

Strength & Cardio in a Snap

21 WORKOUTS

Each workout will be different. We will have upper and lower body, pilates, and kettlebell workouts along with a community cardio session to get into the Christmas spirit.
