CFIT Online Pilates - Block One

CFIT Pilates is perfect to strengthen, lengthen & stabilise the core. Pilates is a low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements combined. I encourage everyone to introduce Pilates to their routine - and it's certainly not just for females. 

CFIT Online Pilates is on a Wednesday 2nd April 6.30pm - 7pm. It is also recorded and available on YouTube if you miss the live class. 

4 week: 2nd April - 23rd April: £16
All you'll need is a mat to get you started, but it's very handy to have a Pilates Band close by - these can be found via Amazon.
