This month, 920 classes were completed inside the CFIT App — nine hundred and twenty! Not only that, over 200 of you took on the CFIT Core Challenge.
That’s 200 people who showed up, stayed consistent, and proved that strength really does come from doing the small things, often. The week I was in Florida, there were 320 classes completed and I received this beautiful message from a client.

What’s Really Behind the CFIT App
Here’s the thing — I feel like a lot of people don’t actually know what goes on behind the CFIT App. It’s not a secret, and it’s definitely not just another workout app.
Behind every workout, every live session, and every challenge, there’s real structure, planning, and intention. Every session is built to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent — whether you’re training at home, in the gym, or while travelling.
It’s not just about ticking off workouts; it’s about creating a lifestyle that supports both your body and your mind. Inside the app you’ll find strength sessions, Pilates, mobility, and community challenges — all designed to meet you where you’re at.

New Workouts Added This Month
1️⃣ Rehab Series
After my trip to Florida, I had a DARI Motion body scan that highlighted a few weaknesses in my knees, hips, and shoulders — things that needed addressed.
So, in true CFIT style, I filmed every part of the rehab process so you could benefit too.
These focused sessions are now live inside the app.

2️⃣ 15-Minute Express Pilates
Since my surgery, I’ve had a feeling you’re not the biggest fans of the 30-minute Pilates sessions — especially when they’re not live. So I’ve introduced 15-minute Express Pilates: quick, targeted sessions you can squeeze in anytime.
Grab your mat, resistance band, and join me. They’re designed to be effective, efficient, and (of course) enjoyable.
3️⃣ 10-Minute Tabata
Ah, Tabata — 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Spicy. Hard. Unreal.
This new series can be done as a stand-alone workout or as a finisher after another session. They say motivation appears during the workout, and I fully believe that. No one is motivated all the time — it’s the discipline that carries us. Who can’t commit to 10 minutes? Exactly. Let’s go.

September was a powerful reminder of what happens when consistency meets community. From 920 classes completed and I spent 10 of those days in USA — this is what Stronger for Life looks like in action. Without me pulling you all along, you showed up for yourself.
