CFIT Online Pilates - January 2025

CFIT Pilates is perfect to strengthen, lengthen & stabilise the core. Pilates is a low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements combined. I encourage everyone to introduce Pilates to their routine - and it's certainly not just for females. 

CFIT Online Pilates is on a Wednesday 8th January 6.30pm - 7pm. It is also recorded and available on YouTube if you miss the live class. 

8 week: 8th Jan - 26th Feb: £32

16 weeks: 8th Jan - 23rd April: £72

All you'll need is a mat to get you started, but it's very handy to have a Pilates Band close by - these can be found via Amazon.
