And somewhere between those motivation highs and winter slumps sits National Quitters Day, the second Friday in January when most people give up on their resolutions.

But after coaching for 13 years, here’s what I know for sure: people don’t fail because they’re quitters. They fail because their January plan was never sustainable in the first place. It demanded perfection on day one, not progress over time.

That’s why I created The CFIT Reset: Stronger For 2026, a program built to take you through January with structure, confidence and calm. No chaos. No extremes. No starting from zero.

The Reset Structure: Simple, Repeatable, Effective

One of the biggest reasons people fall off in January is decision fatigue.
“What will I do today?”
“Is this enough?”
“Where do I even start?”

The CFIT Reset eliminates all of that.

Each week you complete 4 sessions — Lower Body, Upper Body, Full Body + Sweat, and Mobility/Core — and you repeat these same 4 sessions throughout the entire month. You will then get access to 4 new classes to complete for week 5 - 8.  The magic isn’t in constantly switching things up. The magic is in repeating the same movements weekly… and getting stronger at them.

The structure looks like this:

Week 1: Learn the movements, set your baseline
Week 2: Add a little more load or control
Week 3: Push yourself with slightly heavier weights
Week 4: Finish strong and see how far you’ve come

By repeating the same workouts, you remove the noise and focus on progression — which is the heart of every effective strength program.
